I’m not saying they are all accidental, but this all about preserving human lives. I propose that we load all ammuntion clips with either 2 or 3 blanks (or non-lethal ammunition) on top of the live rounds. A trained officer should be able to pull off a few rounds real quick in the case that they do need lethal force, so I don’t see how it could hurt anything.
